Priyanka Chopra made a stylish entry at the airport, as she returned to Mumbai last week. The actress flaunted her mangalsutra with sweatpants and a denim jacket, totally impressing fashionistas. And while in Mumbai, Priyanka is working on her professional commitments and dropped several stunning looks as she travelled across the city.
Priyanka Chopra was wearing New York-based fashion label Mara Hoffman’s halter button up dress. The olive green outfit came with a belt and side pockets and makes for a perfect stylish dress to beat the Mumbai heat. And interestingly, it doesn’t come with an expensive tag. Priyanka Chopra, who is known for her lavish fashion taste and has often featured in our Most Expensive list, shows us that she has a few not-so-expensive choices too. This olive number is priced at Rs 39,766.08 and a person of Priyanka’s stature can definitely afford more but seems like she is not the one to splurge unnecessarily.
Apart from this casual outing, Priyanka hit headlines as she raised temperatures in a sultry magazine shoot. PeeCee made a bold statement as she posed backless in a saree by Tarun Tahiliani.
On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra will soon be seen in The Sky Is Pink. Directed by Shonali Bose, the film features Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim. The Sky Is Pink is scheduled to hit the screens on October 11. Apart from this, Priyanka is also working to adapt a film on the life of spiritual guru Ma Anand Sheela. “I am developing a feature with Barry Levinson. He is an iconic American director. We are developing it as the character of Sheela who is this guru who originated from India. She was his right-hand woman and she was devious. She created a whole cult in America. He was called Osho. I am developing that next for me to star in and produce,” Priyanka disclosed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
