There are fans, admirers and crazy movie buffs. And then there are die-hard fans! Every star actor would have a certain amount of die-hard fans who can go to any extent for their ‘demi-god’ to prove their love for the actor and his/her films. But fans of Saaho star Prabhas seems to be on a different level. Ahead of Saaho’s release, die-hard fans of Prabhas in his hometown, Bhimavaram in Andhra Pradesh, have put up banners across the city which are 200-feet wide and speak loud about the film. A video of these banners are going viral on social media in which fans are seen putting up these banners across the town of Bhimavaram. The banners at different places in the town vary from 150 to 200 feet wide and make the place look like a fort of Prabhas. Fan clubs of Prabhas are making sure that Saaho gets the buzz to make it a huge hit and doing everything they can.
Saaho is the biggest film in Indian cinema in terms of action and is made on a mammoth budget of Rs 350 crore. Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho will have Prabhas playing an undercover cop who is investigating a robbery in Mumbai. Speaking about the large scale of the film, director Sujeeth says that they wanted the film to be different from any Indian action film including Baahubali. “Everything about Saaho is different from Baahubali. That’s how Prabhas wanted it to be, too. The kind of hard work and dedication he has put into Saaho is hard to find anywhere else. I want the film to work for Prabhas Sir more than I do for anyone else,” Sujeeth told Deccan Chronicle in an interview.
Saaho also stars Shraddha Kapoor as the leading lady and will be her debut in South film industry. Shraddha would also be seen playing a cop in Saaho which was revealed in the recently released trailer. Saaho, besides Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor, also features Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Evelyn Sharma, Mandira Bedi, Lal, Arun Vijay in crucial roles. Saaho is produced by UV Creations and is slated to be released on August 30 worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.
